These two 18 X 24 oils are on display at the Silver Center in Seguin until Sept. 30, 2010, with the Seguin Oakwood Art League "Fantasy Show".

I have been painting.

The first painting is a 16X20 oil, Texas blubonnets. We all have to have one of these in Texas. The second is 22X28 Homestead. This 24 X 30 oil painting was sold as a commission. I was very happy with the composition designed by the purchaser. The photo color does not come up to the standard of the original. I loved doing this. It will be framed and sent to its home soon.

New Year 2010

Welcome to a new year and new ideas to paint. I have been trying to get into the studio once a day but the temperature limits the time I can stay in there. I have added a few new paintings and have sold a few. Thank you for checking in on my work. I have been working on this painting but it is a long way from complete. I believe I will change direction and have only a porch view.
